Philo A. Rogers, D.O.
Dr. Rogers specializes in Family Medicine, providing above-standard care for patients of all ages from the newborn to the elderly. Originally from Labelle, MO, Dr. Rogers completed medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Mo., becoming a Doctor of Osteopathy in June of 1992. He completed his Residency program and Internship at Mesa General Hospital in Mesa, AZ and became Board Certified in Family Medicine in 1995. He has practiced Family Medicine in the state of Arizona for over fifteen years. Dr. Rogers has been involved as a Medical Director for Hospice Family Care and Aventis Bio-Services during this time as well as being an active member of the Arizona Osteopathic Association. Currently Dr. Rogers is a member of the AOA, AOMA, Christian Medical & Dental Association, Cranial Academy of Osteopathic Physicians and the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine Alumni Association.
In the fall of 2006, New Image Family Medicine was established by Dr. Rogers and his wife. As a family owned and operated business, Dr. Rogers and staff provide excellent patient services while treating each patient as family. Dr. Rogers believes in preventative healthcare and nutrition along with educating each patient to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. He performs Osteopathic Manipulation for various back injuries or pain and also makes house calls for patients in private group home settings and hospice care.
In his spare time, Dr. Rogers enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, gardening, swimming, barbequing and riding his Harley Davidson. Dr. Rogers has four children, seven grandchildren and lives with his wife and step-daughter.
Jason P. Taylor, PA-C
Originally from Shoshoni, Wyoming, Jason moved to Arizona to complete his educational goals. After graduating from Arizona State University in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science in Biology, he attended the Physician Assistant program at Midwestern. Jason recently joined New Image Family Medicine after graduating from Midwestern University with a Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies in August of 2010. He is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants. Jason enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends in his spare time.
